Message: I was greatly disappointed in the way things were handled by the administrative side of this entity. Apparently the administration side moved a while ago BUT their website does not mention that and when I called explaining my situation I was blown off like they couldn't be bothered. I have found most agencies act as if I am supposed to be so thankful they are talking to me and yet they do very minimal to help.
